Why isn’t a tracking number provided for First Class International Shipping?

 In order to keep International shipping cost effective, USPS does not provide tracking information for this shipping option. If you would like to have a tracking number for International packages please choose the Priority or Express International shipping options. 

Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees

 All custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the shopper.  It is mandated by Custom Authorities that we clearly display the value of your order directly on your package.  Once your package has been shipped and received by Customs, it is at Custom Agents discretion to release your package.  In the event your package is withheld please follow the guidelines provided by Customs Agents to begin the process of receiving your package (this instance happens on rare occasions). 

 *You as the buyer are responsible for all return shipping costs that are refused upon delivery.All payments are charged as USD. Your financial institution determines the exact exchange rate you will pay.

 When will my order be shipped?

 We process all orders within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are made Monday through Friday.

What if I haven't received my order?

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you and is listed under Order Status.

Can I modify or adjust my order?

An order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is shipped. If your order has not been shipped, but it is completed and you want to place another order please place the order and email us at orders@copperetiquette.com. We will shipped the combined orders together and refund the shipping for the second order.

Is my credit card number and information secure?

I used PayPal, how long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If you are using PayPal as your preferred payment method, your order will be shipped after the funds have been cleared and received by CopperEtiquette.com. 

How do I know what size to choose?

Our sizes are standard US sizes for specific measurements please see our size chart. In the event that a dress runs smaller or larger, specific information on that items sizing will be provided under the description tab.

Do you accept Gift Cards?

Yes. We accept only U.S. issued Gift Certificates/Cards. 

How do I use my Store Credit?

You are able to utilize your store credit at any time, on any order. If there is a credit on your account, when you are checking out you will be prompted to use your credit. If there are not enough available funds to complete the process, you will be asked for another credit card to complete the transaction. 

Can I redeem my Store Credit for cash at a later date?

After the store credit option has selected, at no point can it be redeemed for cash.

Why is the color different in person?

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Do you pay for return shipping for unsatisfactory items?  

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
